My First time on the ROAD in about 3 to 4 months!!! 1.6 jogging and 2.4 speed walking.

I did the same thing as yesterday and I am trying to get my cardio up and will hopefully get jogging only on the road for 3 miles in one and a half weeks!

1 mile on the track and 2 miles on the road. I went under 40 minutes!!!! I haven't gone that fast tell I have started my workouts. Still working on cardio and form.

Good job reading your body - so give yourself a couple extra minutes of stretching and that will make a world of difference.

2.6 jog and.4 walk.Was up hill most of the time. I am sore now and it was slow, but my legs only hurt.

You have been so patient with your injury. I'm glad that it is improving and you are able to get some decent running in. Keep being patient - it is a long season (and life) and you're doing things the right way.

I ran 3 miles ON THE ROAD,jogging the hole way!!!! It feel wonderful! I am getting ready to run a race on August 6th and hope I can run 3 miles none stop by then.

I ran with Taylor and it felt good. My goal right now is by the first face, I can run and have the 5k be under 30 minutes.And I did my FIRST WARM UP LAP!! It felt good to have a warm up.

I am trying to pace myself a little bit faster. I am trying to go about 10 minute a mile. And getting more running then jogging.

It may be from the unstable dirt and such. Just get it feeling a little better.

I did it on my own. It was up and down formaster hill and only .5 of it was not going up hill or down hill. Was a good run. My ankle still hurts a little bite.

I did three in the morning and two in the afternoon practice. It felt good to do more than one mile in the afternoon practice, but during my run I got a crap. I think if I eat before I run or to much and run an hour latter I get them. I hope that is what it is.

It was my first 3 mile morning run. I was going to run 4 in the afternoon, but I was dead doing 3. It was the worst run ever. I had the worst craps, couldn't breath very well, nousesh/hungery, and walked because I felt so crappy. So not one of my best run.

Was an o.k 3 mile run in the morning. Feel behind though towards the end :( I did a mile with no knee braces or running shoes. BAD CHOICE EVER!!!! So durning my run in the afternoon was o.k. I was sore and my knee's and shins are not feeling so good.

I felt great about this race. I was in the time I want to be in. I was with I people I wanted to be with. And my knee didn't hurt and I was not sore. I iced my knees and ankle last night too. That helped a lot. I am trying to use my roller too.The only bad thing I had about it was the I now think I have shine splints. And I got them pretty bad today, but not as bad as I use to have them. I can deal with them. But it was a good race and I beat my time by 1min. and 10 sec.

Very nice race today. That was quite the contrast from Wednesday. It's amazing how fast things can turn around.

I want to be a level two, but I am having a little trouble with my I.T . Band and now I have shin splints. And they have hurt sence the race. Because of my I.T. Band I have to do less mileage. I have to only go up by half miles because of it.  I had an o.k. morning run.

I did a mile in P.E. and ended up doing latter, wich is a half milesish. Then my warm up lap. Plus my work out. I did 3 miles grass run instead of doing 4 miles. It was an o.k. run. My legs wrent doing the best and I was tried form P.E.

It was a great race!!! The only thing I regret is that I wasn't up with Aubrey and the group up there. I know if I stayed with them I could have done faster and made my PR. My pr being 24:38. I am getting close. My goal next time is too stay with that group and too at least make my PR. So during my practise I am trying to be at that pace and with that group and still not do to much millage.

I felt really soar after both of my run. I am sorry for my complaining. I just fell scared that I will get an injure or something worse. I am just pareinoded. I had a great run other than that . My legs really didn't hurt during my run, but after. I find if I strech really good before and after my  shin splints don't feel that bad. So I need to do that. I am trying to move up on my pace and will start moving up on my millage by .5 a mile.I tock an ice bath and it has helped. I just got to treat my legs like a baby.

It was a good race. I was up with the group I wanted to. I love how we stayed as a group and poled each other. I felt pretty good through the hole thing. I felt like I did pretty good. It is a hard course, but I liked it.

I ran another Michagen. I kept a steady pace this time,but my time was worse. It was also hotter this time. I wasn't water most of the way through. Also I felt like I should have gone faster on my second 800 meters. I will do my best to do better next time.
