| | My First time on the ROAD in about 3 to 4 months!!! 1.6 jogging and 2.4 speed walking. | |

I ran with Taylor and it felt good. My goal right now is by the first face, I can run and have the 5k be under 30 minutes.And I did my FIRST WARM UP LAP!! It felt good to have a warm up.

Cedar City (3.1 Miles) 00:27:59, Place overall: 62 | | It was an o.k race. Need to start my runs faster and stay with Kaile Gillespie, she is where I should be. I did think the more warm up helped my race better. I did pass the people that where walking:) |

It was my first 3 mile morning run. I was going to run 4 in the afternoon, but I was dead doing 3. It was the worst run ever. I had the worst craps, couldn't breath very well, nousesh/hungery, and walked because I felt so crappy. So not one of my best run.

Hurricane (3.05 Miles) 00:26:47, Place overall: 31 | | I felt great about this race. I was in the time I want to be in. I was with I people I wanted to be with. And my knee didn't hurt and I was not sore. I iced my knees and ankle last night too. That helped a lot. I am trying to use my roller too.The only bad thing I had about it was the I now think I have shine splints. And I got them pretty bad today, but not as bad as I use to have them. I can deal with them. But it was a good race and I beat my time by 1min. and 10 sec. | |

I want to be a level two, but I am having a little trouble with my I.T . Band and now I have shin splints. And they have hurt sence the race. Because of my I.T. Band I have to do less mileage. I have to only go up by half miles because of it. I had an o.k. morning run.

SUU (3 Miles) 00:24:52, Place overall: 36 | | It was a great race!!! The only thing I regret is that I wasn't up with Aubrey and the group up there. I know if I stayed with them I could have done faster and made my PR. My pr being 24:38. I am getting close. My goal next time is too stay with that group and too at least make my PR. So during my practise I am trying to be at that pace and with that group and still not do to much millage.

I felt really soar after both of my run. I am sorry for my complaining. I just fell scared that I will get an injure or something worse. I am just pareinoded. I had a great run other than that . My legs really didn't hurt during my run, but after. I find if I strech really good before and after my shin splints don't feel that bad. So I need to do that. I am trying to move up on my pace and will start moving up on my millage by .5 a mile.I tock an ice bath and it has helped. I just got to treat my legs like a baby.

Dixie invite (3 Miles) 00:26:21 | | It started out great and went down hill from there. I went to fast to soon, was one of my problems. I was mad that I wasn't staying up with Arby. I stayed behind her, not to much, during my run. It was not my race, lets just go with that. |

Pre-Region (3.05 Miles) 00:26:21 | | It was a good race. I was up with the group I wanted to. I love how we stayed as a group and poled each other. I felt pretty good through the hole thing. I felt like I did pretty good. It is a hard course, but I liked it. |

Wasatch 00:23:46, Place overall: 40 | | I felt good about this race. I bet my PR!!! I hope to be up there with Kaliey nest time. I had an good adituide and kept it in the race. I am glad with that race and know I will do my best to better next time.

| | We did a hard but fun work out. Those 200 where hard to keep up. I had no morning run and it was havenly to be able to sleep in. |

Snow Canyon (2.95 Miles) 00:22:17, Place overall: 49 | | I love that race. Ya it was raining, but it was fun to do that too. I was one person behind Kaiyle. I am so close. My goal is to run with her in region. I know we will puch each other and will do better togeather if we do so. |
| | It was a great recovery run. And I stayed up with Hunter and Jose and in the middle Reed. I felt so good to be up there with them.They are fast even when they are doing a "easy" three. |

Region (3.05 Miles) 00:25:00, Place overall: 19 | | It was a great race. I felt really good about it. I was by Mariah, that is my first time this season. And I was going to puck and the end, I ran like a horse. I felt like I gave it my all and ended well. I am going to fight to varisity next year too! That will be my goal! |
