| | It felt pretty good. It was a good pace. My toe hasn't hurt to much today so far. I will take it!!!I am going to try and do 2 miles and 3 miles ever other day and see how my toe feels and go from their.

It was a hard 3 and I was sweeting so hard after words but my toe hasn't hurt me really bad in a long time! I am going to try a 4 this week and see how that feels! I did a good pace too!! I made me puch myself a little bight more.

Cedar all-comers (3 Miles) 00:23:58, Place overall: 45 | | This race is my trail race to see if my toe can handle it yet. And it did! I tried during the race to tell my body to go faster and my legs wern't responding. But it was a good race and I can really learn from this one. |
| | My thorat hurt me so bad this moring so I thought I was only going to run 2 but I ended up running 3! I was a good three. |
| | I did my first 5 sence my toe !!!! It wasn't all at once, but still. It was an ok 1000 I feel like I need to start puching up their more though. |
| | I did my running in the morning and am not aloud to do doubles yet so I ran before school. I ran my workout in my three. I felt really good and my toes is doing fine! |

It was I really good race for me! My toe is doing great so I can keep on puching harder! It is going to be hard to be the 2nd one up their but I will do my very best. I do need to work on my form and puching harder durning my wall. It is always after the half mile to the one and a half mile of the race for me. I tried to puch it harder and I felt good about trying that out. |
| | We had are time trial. I did horable! I was having a hard day anyway from dance audtions and I was sore durning it and It is hard for me to puch myself when I am running with no one around. But I am glad I did it and that it ended up working out! |

I had sally be far ahead of me but I told myself I was going to make the last half of the race my race so I started to race and get up their with sally. Aparently magen decided to do it to. She help puch me at the end also. She did a great job! |

I did any easy 3 with kody it was fun and great! and I slept in. I put my alarm clock on but I set it for pm not am. So that was not a good morning for me.

| | I was a hard workout expcally because the varsity wasn't their and I am trying to puch myself up their. But I was very greatfull erin was their she help puch me to be where I needed to be. It was wierd also to be at the front of the pack. |
| | I went on a run with my sister while she rode her bike. We had so much fun and reminded me why I love running so much again, not that I didn't before it is good to have reminders though. |

Time Trail #2 (2 Miles) 00:16:00, Place overall: 6 | | Today was my longest double I have done! I did 3miles in the morning wich felt really good. Then I did the time trail wich I was greatful I got to do it. I felt liked I raced this and did a time I am proud of and I never selt wich is always my goal in a race, but I could have tired to stay with Kaylee a little longer. |
| | It was a hard workout! but I tried to stay with with kaylee for the 800 and I puched myself on the 1000, not knowing it was an indian run I left without the varisty and I had to puch myself, but it felt good to run with the varisty these last few morning. It has defenlty made me a better runer! |
