My First time on the ROAD in about 3 to 4 months!!! 1.6 jogging and 2.4 speed walking.

I did the same thing as yesterday and I am trying to get my cardio up and will hopefully get jogging only on the road for 3 miles in one and a half weeks!

I went on the grass today and it felt good. 1.5 jog and 2.5 speed walking!

2 mile jog on the road and 1 mile on track. Ankle fills good just a little soar.

2 miles jog on road and 1 mile speed walk on track. Was slow but don't feel the ankle. My form is getting better.

1 mile on the track and 2 miles on the road. I went under 40 minutes!!!! I haven't gone that fast tell I have started my workouts. Still working on cardio and form.

I did 2 miles on road and1 on track. It felt good. Need to strech out more before I run so my knees and ite -band doesn't hurt.

2.6 on road and .4 on track. It was 37.37 min.! Feeling good.

3 miles on the grass and 2.5 of it was jogging and.5 was walking. Felt good.

2.6 jog and.4 walk.Was up hill most of the time. I am sore now and it was slow, but my legs only hurt.

2.5 miles on the road while jogging and .5 miles on the track, walking. Was slow, but I don't feel anything with my ankle.

I ran 3 miles ON THE ROAD,jogging the hole way!!!! It feel wonderful! I am getting ready to run a race on August 6th and hope I can run 3 miles none stop by then.

I went pretty fast and it felt pretty good. My ankle fills good.

I felt o.k. My knees are hurting me again. I need to ice them as I use to do every day.

I found out that my watch was on the bike setting. So that has been on that setting sence I have started. So I found out that today. Sorry about the milage I got mess up about my run. Everthing went wrong.

I ran with Taylor and it felt good. My goal right now is by the first face, I can run and have the 5k be under 30 minutes.And I did my FIRST WARM UP LAP!! It felt good to have a warm up.

I am trying to pace myself a little bit faster. I am trying to go about 10 minute a mile. And getting more running then jogging.
