| | I am great to be back to xc again! It was good to get out again! |
| | I had a great run! I am loving getting into the running mood again! |
| | This two miles weren't the best. I got a headache the day before and it didn't go away this morning. So it was ok running with the headache. |
| | I tried to challange myself more today,so I ran up with macey! We helped each other pace each other! It felt good to push myself. With no pain after! |
| | I ran by myself at home, because I had work at 8 and didn't know where to go if I went to the park. It was fun though and nothing is hurting so far!!! I hope to keep it that way! |
| | I don't want to get injured so I didn't want to go 3 yet but I didn't know where the 2.5 mile mark is so I went at the 1.5 turn around. I will need to start bring my running watch so I can go the miles I need to go. | |

| | It felt good to start out the week with that workout! I pushed and did 11.27 what that means, I don't know. But I was proud that I almost got .75 miles in 6 minutes! |

| | We did a 15 min dirt mile! We were soupose to run as fast and far as we could in 15 min. I got 1.75 miles in 15! I was proud of myself I kept pushing. The only thing I regret is not going as fast as I could have in the middle of the 15 min. I tend to do that in races. I need to get out of the habit! Also when I went to work that night my hip started to hurt and my knees out of no where. Oh well it might just be from pushing myself! |
| | We did 30/30 repeats, it was good! I did 23 of them. Now looking back I should done a couple more but I am still proud I did that many! Now I know I can do more next time. My knee brace feel off the whole time so hopefully it doesn't do that agian. This is the most miles I have done in a long time too! |
| | I am still trying to watch my miles. I want to have a injury free year!!! Also my legs felt ok when I ran today but not super great either, but i need to get into the habit of straching before I go to bed also icing! I need to do kip exercises and see if that will help my hips al ittle |
| | Once upon a time their was this girl who went on a run. She started out great then got a little bight slower,but didn't loose hope. When out of no where a bush attacked her. Then her legs started to felt like jello then like bricks. When she went up the hill it got even worse. Then Carly cought up with me and we run all the way back togeather. The End |

| | We did our awsome grass run. I been trying to stay up with the varisty or be as close as I can to them, for a while now. I got behind them today but am not give up trying to stay with them! Kids club was fun! Thank you coaches for always helping use!!! After kids club though I went in the car after to drop my sister off to work and kept wanting to throw up. A while ago I did throw up. Me and my mom thinks it is because I need to put something in me, more then water. So I need to try harder and get some more powerade in me! |

My breathing was really hard during most of my run. Even more up that hill. Thank you boys team for help pushing me up that hill when I needed it the most. |

That is a guess because the blog is not up yet. I did 5k and I got into the reythum of where I needed to be. It felt good. I also did a 1 mile for the afternoon and also did weights. I only did a mile so I can get use to the heat and to not increase my miles to fast. I need to learn to be patience with myself with this.

cider all comers (3 Miles) 00:25:54, Place overall: 67 | | Did a 2 miler with striders. My race wasn't the best, I felt like I was jogging it,I wasn't as postive as I could have been. But I have learned from it and gave myself a challange to do better on all my workouts on being a postive thinker. |
| | My boss called me in for work, so I got to go to work. Anyway I did a 3 mile run and over heated but other than that it was great. |
| | I did 5k's plus a mile warm and cool down. It felt great to run with the varisty girls. They help me push and we always have a great time;) I also did a mile and a half for my afternoon run and that went well. |

| | Its amazing that 3 miles sounds so good;) when to others it is sooo long. But anyway it went good, I stayed up their with coach. It was a nice hard/easy run.

| | I did 12 1/1 this time. It felt good and I got 9 to 8 cones this time and 4 to 5 cones recover. It felt alot better then last time.

| | I ran in the morining and did a michagain. It felt hard but good. I did the best I could with how my body felt and for that day. It felt like I was going fast but in slow mode:{ oh well. It was a good hard workout. It hurt my it-band a little but I will stay on top of it so nothing will happen with it. My mental was pretty good. I probley could have been a little more postive to my self on the last two laps.

Duel on the Desert (3 Miles) 00:24:20, Place overall: 5 | | THis race felt really good. I made myself be calm and work on my breathing. I did have negitve thoughts come to my head but I did my best to kick them out of their and go faster. I went faster in the middle but the middle endish felt a little hard to me. It was an alout good race:)
