I ran in the morining and did a michagain. It felt hard but good. I did the best I could with how my body felt and for that day. It felt like I was going fast but in slow mode:{ oh well. It was a good hard workout. It hurt my it-band a little but I will stay on top of it so nothing will happen with it. My mental was pretty good. I probley could have been a little more postive to my self on the last two laps.
I did 4k's and I ran in the moring. I went to fast on my first two k's but my last wern't bad just not the fastest that it should have been. But they were all very fast and my slowest one was 5:16

THis race felt really good. I made myself be calm and work on my breathing. I did have negitve thoughts come to my head but I did my best to kick them out of their and go faster. I went faster in the middle but the middle endish felt a little hard to me. It was an alout good race:)
