I did 4k this time. It felt good and my itband is doing better!

I did the full 30 1/1 it felt good to puch through the hard parts of it. I felt good!

I did it! It felt so good! I was mentally their and felt good to go for it the whole time! Every body did great! I need to the perpetration to the race the same, thanks for a great summer!

I did the liptcal at the hotel I did  it for 20 min and it said I only di .75 miles. I don't believe it! Also walked all day at LAGOON

That is a guess because the blog is not up yet. I did 5k and I got into the reythum of where I needed to be. It felt good. I also did a 1 mile for the afternoon and also did weights. I only did a mile so I can get use to the heat and to not increase my miles to fast. I need to learn to be patience with myself with this.

Did a 2 miler with striders. My race wasn't the best, I felt like I was jogging it,I wasn't as postive as I could have been. But I have learned from it and gave myself a challange to do better on all my workouts on being a postive thinker.

My boss called me in for work, so I got to go to work. Anyway I did a 3 mile run and over heated but other than that it was great.

I did 5k's plus a mile warm and cool down. It felt great to run with the varisty girls. They help me push and we always have a great time;) I also did a mile and a half for my afternoon run and that went well.

I did the 1/1 workout with the varsity, It went good. Stayed strong,. I then did 1.5 in the afternoon with anna. We had a good run and did 4 striders after.

I did 2 old man hilld. I need to work on going faster on the next on and not going slower. They felt pretty good besides that

Its amazing that 3 miles sounds so good;) when to others it is sooo long. But anyway it went good, I stayed up their with coach. It was a nice hard/easy run.

Had a great morning run and I had a great workout. I am challanging myself to go harder on the last half of my workouts, so I can do better on my races:)
