We did 1k repeats this time. I did 3 of them. I was spose to 6:30 each time but I got 5:01, 5:30, and 5:54. I went way faster then I should have

We did a grass run today plus striders. I was a good run. Had fun at the kids club, they will never let me down on their energy and spice. I couldn't do it without all the help I have!

We did 30/30 repeats. They felt a little harder this time, trying to do more jogging. I felt it more in my legs this time, but I did 30 repeats this time!!! I was proud that I kept going past 23 like I did last time

I got lost getting their,but we made it. I did a 4 miler. It was good. I did my best to keep up with liz,coach, and ali. I am doing better at staying with them each practise. I don't stay up with them as much but I try to be as close to them as I can.

We did 1ker's today. I did 3 of them. It went great. Still was way over my time I needed to be. But I was closer this time!

We did our awsome grass run. I been trying to stay up with the varisty or be as close as I can to them, for a while now. I got behind them today but am not give up trying to stay with them! Kids club was fun! Thank you coaches for always helping use!!! After kids club though I went in the car after to drop my sister off to work and kept wanting to throw up. A while ago I did throw up. Me and my mom thinks it is because I need to put something in me, more then water. So I need to try harder and get some more powerade in me!

Had an awsome run!!! We did 30/30 repeats! Me and Breanna did even better this time. We went even longer on our recover and on our distance. It felt great after do 31 of them.

I kept up with the varisty. I can do  hard things! Also I went 2 miles in the afternoon, so I don't get to much miles at once. Also it was hard, but I can do it!

It was a good 4 miles. I got to stop getting lost. But it is good that I am still doing my best to keep up with the varstiy

We did 1k repeats again. It has been crazy. I am still way over my time. I thimk it is harder to tell your self to slow down then to speed up.

I did 4 miles with 1 mile tempo. I ran with macey, We have been helping each other so much, I love having someone to help me push to be the best I can be.

My first 6 in a long time! Like I said before we can do hard things. Also it is good to see that we are getting to the point were are team is all puching togeather. My breathing was really hard during most of my run. Even more up that hill. Thank you boys team for help pushing me up that hill when I needed it the most.

I ran about 2.5ish miles. My IT band is starting to flare up again, I am going to take caution to it. I got a foam roller today and have been icing and strach, We will see how it feels tommrow.

Did the afternoon run and got myself a roller to help my IT-band. It was a very warm/hot run!
