I ran in the morining and did a michagain. It felt hard but good. I did the best I could with how my body felt and for that day. It felt like I was going fast but in slow mode:{ oh well. It was a good hard workout. It hurt my it-band a little but I will stay on top of it so nothing will happen with it. My mental was pretty good. I probley could have been a little more postive to my self on the last two laps.
